Postdocs presenting posters must complete Poster Abstract Submission AND the Registration form.
Poster Abstract Submission
Postdoc attendees are encouraged to submit an abstract for the poster session. Presenting a recently presented poster is suitable.
Deadline to submit an abstract is August 11, 2025.
The submission will require a poster title and an abstract (250 word maximum).
Maximum poster dimensions are 36″ x 48″ or 48″ x 36″.
Minimum poster dimensions are 24″ x 36″ or 36″ x 24″.

All attendees must register for the symposium. Priority confirmation will be given to University of Texas System postdocs.
Registration deadline is August 15, 2025.

Printing onsite (optional)
Postdoc presenters are encouraged to print posters at their home institutions. However, requests to print on-site (at UTA) will be available. Please following the Poster Printing Request Process to the right.
