Postdoctoral Success was established in 2024 in The Graduate School. Our office supports 100+ postdocs in their research and professional development endeavors. Throughout the year, postdocs engage in the postdoc and campus research communities through many of our programs, including the Postdoc Spotlight Research Seminar, Postdoc to Professoriate Series, and Career Development Workshops. We also service faculty in their mentorship of postdocs across the UTA campus.


We at UTA and the Graduate School are pleased to welcome participants to the Second Annual UT System Postdoctoral Research Symposium. We are gathering postdocs, faculty, and university leaders from across the state of celebrate the research accomplishments of our postdocs, support communication and building networks, and promote successful career development so that our postdocs rise to new horizons.
