The symposium will be held at the Rio Grande Ballroom in the E.H. Hereford University Center – commonly known as the “UC” – at The University of Texas at Arlington. UTA is located south of Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) airport and southwest of Dallas Love Field (DAL) airport between I-20 and I-30.
Uber, Lyft, and on-demand taxi services are available for rideshare to/from both airports.
A car ride between DAL and the UTA campus is about 35 – 40 minutes in light traffic. A ride between DFW and UTA is about 20 minutes in light traffic. Commute time can vary widely with traffic conditions. Please check before you go.
