Charter Coach Services
Transportation to and from the Hilton Arlington and the UTA campus will be provided at no cost to participants by Dan Dipert coaches. Please indicate your interest in the coach service on the symposium registration form.
Specific pick-up and drop-off times will be posted in the near future. Stay tuned.
Note that the coach service will not service the airport or other hotels. If you are flying into DAL or DFW, we suggest using Uber or Lyft services.
Campus Parking
Parking permits are required to park on the UTA campus. If you plan to park on campus, parking permits can be requested by completing the registration form.
